Development
We develop your or optimise your desired component in close cooperation with your design engineers - starting with the material definition, through the selection of the suitable manufacturing process, to the final implementation. We have a wide range of materials and manufacturing processes at our disposal to offer the optimum solution for every application.
Tool construction
Our own tool construction and extensive production know-how enable us to achieve maximum process reliability from the very beginning in order to realise guaranteed high-quality MB products for you. This enables us to act extremely flexibly, especially in time-critical projects.
Execution
The actual manufacturing process is the culmination of each Project. It is where all the stages come together: from the development of the manufacturing technology, through the actual product design with specially manufactured tools and devices, to the logistical planning to form a whole - your MB metal component.
